Return & Refund Policy

At Braxton Dallas, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this production model, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Print-on-Demand Products

All Braxton Dallas products are custom-made to order. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production and cannot be changed or cancelled. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or design
  • Normal variations in print placement or color tone

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • With a manufacturing error
  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong design, or wrong size sent)
This policy aligns with our fulfillment partner’s quality assurance standards.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photo showing the problem (including the product and packaging, if applicable)

Claims submitted without photos or outside the 7-day window may not be eligible.


4. Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Issue a free replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

7. Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error as outlined above.
